We are a family owned business that was established in February, 2002. Serving Perry County and the closely surrounding areas, we have devoted countless hours to helping people make their construction dreams become realities.

We welcome and encourage customer participation at every step in the construction process.  Our customers can rest assured, knowing that we are  PA licensed (PA 010284) and fully insured; capable of handling large and small projects.

The Business Process:

​Our start-to-finish business process includes:

• Gathering the information needed to provide an estimate of the project cost.  (We provide free, verbal estimates to help guide you in your cost assessment of your project.)
• Scheduling a homeowner/contractor appointment to meet and go over the specifics of the project.  Once further information is computed, then we can provide a detailed, project proposal. 
• Collaborating with the homeowner to finalize any outstanding details; agree on project costs.
• Writing and signing a legal contract, which specifically outlines the description of the project; Retaining a down payment at contract signing to guarantee schedule placement on the project calendar; Payment due dates will be noted within the contract.
• Ordering materials, scheduling deliveries and giving 110% throughout the construction of the project.
