We are always happy to provide our expert opinion when it comes to design and functionality.
Preconstruction/ Estimating
Throughout the preconstruction process, our focus will be to collaborate with you to provide an estimate that contains the design, products, and construction method that meets both the desired budget and specifications required to produce a quality result.
Once we are in agreement, NDL Construction will bind the agreement with a contract, protecting your investment.
Construction
Know that we understand what it means to remodel - construction is an interruption to your active living zone!
We care about how your routine is affected, and therefore make every effort to be as clean and tidy as possible. We will also work with your schedule to plan work in a way that eliminates as much stress on you as possible.
Most importantly, because we are so thorough in planning our work, you can rest assured that once we arrive, we will be there to the end - no job jumping here!
